This information is used for fulfilling the purposes of the services we provide, including career coaching, job-related notifications and applications where you authorize us, and facilitating connections between coaches/mentors and coachees/mentees.
Additionally, when you interact with content related to specific coaches (such as viewing a coach profile or clicking on a link to learn more), we may collect data such as your name, email address, selected skills or interests, and the date/time of your interaction. This information may be shared with the relevant coach to facilitate potential connections or follow-up, only when you have provided consent or interacted in a way that reasonably implies interest in being contacted.
If you apply or purchase access to Code Leads for your bootcamp or training program, we collect the information you submit through our onboarding forms (such as contact details, program description, skills taught, URLs you provide for redirects, optional testimonials, and file uploads such as logos). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card numbers. We may transmit form submissions through automation tools (for example Zapier or similar) to operational systems such as email, spreadsheets, or CRMs so our team can review your partner setup. We use this information only to deliver the partner service, communicate with you, and improve the product unless you agree otherwise.
As part of our Services, we use automated tools, including artificial intelligence (“AI”), to process certain user data in order to generate potential matches between coaches and individuals seeking career support. The types of data used for AI matching may include professional information (such as skills, experience, and interests), interaction data (such as profile views or clicks), and account information. These AI-powered suggestions are provided as a convenience to help connect users more effectively. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of AI-generated matches.

If you are a coach or mentor listed in the Coach-Halo directory, you consent to the collection and public display of information you submit, such as your name, photo, professional credentials, and contact details. This information is necessary to facilitate inquiries from coachees/mentees.
We do not process payment card data ourselves. Trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe) securely handle payment details. We may access limited transaction metadata for accounting and support but do not store full credit card numbers.
By submitting your email address, you agree to receive communications related to our services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the opt-out link in those emails or by contacting us directly. Transactional or service-related messages may continue where permitted by law.
We may engage contractors, freelancers, or third-party service providers to assist with delivering our services. These contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to use your data to fulfill the specific services they perform.
