Payout rules
Straightforward expectations — we keep the bar clear so things stay fair for partners and coaches.
Approved partners earn $15 per qualified referral. A qualified referral is a new person with genuine interest in coaching who completes a qualified discovery call with one of our coaches. We do not issue payouts for no-shows, duplicates, fake leads, self-referrals, coordinated referrals, or low-intent submissions. Payouts are reviewed manually at first, and Coach-Halo reserves the right to approve, decline, or withhold payouts for referrals that do not meet the qualification criteria.
A qualified referral means
- The referred person is a new individual
- They have genuine interest in coaching
- They complete a qualified discovery call with one of our coaches
- They are not a duplicate, fake lead, self-referral, coordinated referral, or low-intent submission
